Lovely hats but toddler-sized

I didn’t expect the hats to be so tiny - I don’t think it was made clear in the description that the party hats are toddler/baby sized rather than adult-sized as I’d hoped for. This might’ve been my mistake though. They’re gorgeous hats, fast shipping and the packaging was lovely too, just not the size I’d hoped for.
