Refund policy

Your happiness is our happiness.  We want you to be 100 per cent satisfied with any purchase you make from us. If you are not happy with any of the goods you purchase, please return them within 14 days upon receipt and we will refund you.  Please note any "change of mind" refunds must be returned at customers expense within 14days.  Please inspect goods as soon as you receive them to make sure you have enough time to return them if required.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges are eligible on full priced items only.  Refunds and exchanges are not permitted on Sale or Clearance items. Please note items being returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and not used.

We will refund you within 7 days of receipt of item.

Refunds will be processed by the same form of payment made to purchase the item.

Please return your item in the same box you received it where possible.

Please ensure you enclose your name and order no. with your return.

Any change of mind return is at the customers expense.  We do not pay for postage on any change of mind return.

We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items being returned.  We suggest you return your items by registered mail.

Damages and issues
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, We will happily pay the packaging and postage costs for a replacement. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  We will of course refund the original item.
