PLACING ORDERS
Big Little Parties is an online store and as such orders can be placed 24/7. Good news is that all orders received Mon-Fri by 11am AEST will be despatched same day where possible. All other orders will be despatched next day.
CAN I PICK UP?
Yes. You can pick up from our premises in Sydney. Choose "PICK UP" at checkout and we will notify you once your order is ready.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship Australia wide. We ship from Croydon, Sydney, 2132.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Standard shipping rate is $9.95. Express shipping rate is $14.95. For more detailed shipping information please refer to our shipping page.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes you can! Once you place your order you will be sent an email by Australia Post containing a tracking no. You can track it on Aust Post's website at www.austpost.com.au or if there are any issues please contact us and we can track it for you.
ARE YOUR BALLOONS INFLATED?
No. All of our balloons are sold uninflated. We can recommend local outlets that can fill your balloons for the day of your event.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Of course. If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately and it it's not shipped we can certainly change it for you.
